Objective

Department of Business Administration offers Two years full time postgraduate programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA) to meet the business requirements in global scenario. The focus of this programme is to prepare young blood according to the ever-changing business environment so that they can mould themselves into different situations and become good future leaders. MBA Programme is interspersed with live projects in different functions to test the knowledge and problem-solving abilities of the students with summer internship experience.

The MBA degree opens up world of opportunities, as many business positions require an MBA for advancement. It Increases the earning potential as well as the potential for career advancement. Summer training and final placements is offered to the students with a good pay packet. It covers various aspects of management including specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, International Business, etc.

The Department also offers two years full time programme in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). This programme is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.RIMT’s PGDM programme is designed to closely integrate current business theory and practice which is essential for the growth of students to become a competent and responsible managers. The curriculum lays the foundation for a conceptual and analytical understanding of emerging trends of industries.
